1. Overview

At Toyscenter, we want every child and family to love their new toys! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help make things right. Please review our policy below regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds.

2. Returns & Eligibility

You have 14 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

• Unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
• Accompanied by the receipt, order confirmation number, or proof of purchase.
• Certain items such as opened board games, clearance sale items, or gift cards cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.

3. Exchanges

If you received a toy that is defective, damaged, or if you need to exchange it for a different item (such as a different model or color), we are happy to assist. Exchanges depend on item availability. If the replacement item has a price difference, our team will coordinate the adjustment with you.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item at our facility, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

• Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 to 7 business days.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or damaged item sent).

5. Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the product arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items.
